How does the ordering process work?

After ordering from AmpCity, we will send you an email confirmation along with an email detailing the order process, allowing you to choose the colour and artwork of your customs and containing instructions you will need to give your audiologist.

You can then book an appointment with your closest audiologist to have impressions of your ears taken. For UK customers, use our UK audiologist locator to find your closest recommended audiologist and book an appointment at your convenience. We can also help European customers find their closest audiologist, simply contact us.

Visit the audiologist and let them do their thing. Simply post the impressions to our address, then sit back and relax; within 4 weeks you will have achieved audio bliss.

NOTE: The above price has been discounted to not include the cost of impressions. Impressions will typically cost between £15 to £25 depending on your local audiologist.
