The Digital Interface supports up to 24Bit/96KHz input files via USB and 24Bit/192KHz via Coaxial input.

The Digital Interface features Audio Gd’s latest DSP-3 chip which offers advanced features for high-performance digital signal processing (DSP) applications with up to 250-MHz Data and Master-clock in-phase processing resulting in near zero jitter. It can both output signals at the original sample rate or upsample the signal to 48KHz, 96KHz or 192KHz. The DSP-3 can additionally accept I2S input/output.

The Digital Interface utilises a 220-240v power supply, perfect for UK and European mains power. A high-quality power supply is of the utmost importance and to minimise jitter, the Digital Interface applies a Class A transistor power supply. This can both be powered via USB or via the external DC power supply (offered as an optional upgrade).
