The Roc is the mid-range headphone amplifier and pre-amp from manufacturers Audio Gd. Based on the Phoenix for base design (including the use of the BPM-7110 V2 module) its sound reproduction is also neutral and faithful to the original recording.
Unlike its bigger brother, it does not feature a digital remote and LED display, but instead employs a high end 23-step volume pot. In addition, the class A PSU is housed within the same chassis as opposed to a separate unit, and applies a parallel-stabilised voltage supply to ensure cleaner power delivery to the circuits.
The Roc features as inputs: one L/R XLR, one L/R RCA and one ACSS. Outputs are provided by a L/R XLR, one L/R RCA, one 4 pin XLR, and a 6.5mm Neutrik headphone jack.
